• Welcome to this Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), developed as part of a co-financed Erasmus+ KA210 Small-scale Partnership involving three Maltese schools, one Slovak school, and one Slovenian school. This platform has been created to equip Early Years Educators with the latest teaching methodologies and strategies, while providing a flexible, accessible, and cost-effective online professional development tool, in line with the approved project objectives.

      This VLE hosts a series of online professional development modules designed to strengthen educators’ professional competences and enhance the quality of early years education. The modules focus on innovative, inclusive, and learner-centred approaches, supporting educators in responding effectively to the diverse developmental needs of young children. Through digital delivery, the platform contributes to modernising teaching practices and improving access to continuous professional development.

      A core objective of the project is to foster a Professional Learning Community (PLC) among educators across partner schools and countries. This VLE serves as a shared learning space where educators can engage in collaboration, peer learning, and the exchange of good practices, thereby strengthening European cooperation and promoting long-term professional networks beyond the project’s lifetime.
